Academic Records
"Academic Records" encompass the materials generated by academic departments, as well as those pertaining exclusively to the governance of academics. This includes faculty handbooks and course catalogs.
Administrative Records
"Administrative Records" include the records generated by some of the administrative offices on campus, but consist mostly of general campus documents such as annual budget reports and campus master plans.
Board of Regents
These records consist mostly of Board of Regents meeting minutes.
President's Office
These records encompass the presidential files of past presidents and general reports issued by the president's office.
Student Affairs
In addition to the records of the Office of Student Affairs, these records also include student handbooks and the student newspaper.
University Advancement
"University Advancement" encompasses such varied materials as press releases, commencement programs, faculty/staff directories, alumni magazines, and the annual reports of the NKU Foundation.
