Printers
Steely Library participates in the campus-wide printing system, Pharos Uniprint. Under this system, full-time NKU students can print 150 pages free each semester from any campus computer, including those in the library, using a special account set up on their NKU All Card. When the 150 free prints are used up, students can add money to their All Card account for additional prints. Printing costs 8 cents per page.
Your NKU All Card account enables you to print from computers on the first, second, third, or fourth floors, or from the loggia. Print jobs can be sent to the printers on the 3rd or 4th floors. You also have the option to pay in cash. If you choose to pay in cash, your prints will be sent to a printer behind the Circulation Desk on the third floor, where you can pick them up and pay for them. When you choose this option, the print system requires you to type in a name to identify your print job. The cost for cash printing is 10 cents per page.
An inkjet color printer is available on the 3rd floor. Color prints cost 75 cents per page, and you must use your NKU All Card account for printing.
