Disability Services Assistive Equipment & Software
Disability Services provides assistive software (Kurzweil, JAWS, Optelec, and Zoomtext) on the fourth floor of Steely Library.
The group study room computers, located in rooms 131 and 133, have speech recognition software, Dragon Naturally Speaking. To gain access to these rooms, check out the key at the third floor Public Service Desk.

Laptop Checkout
A number of laptop computers are available for in-library use, at the third floor Public Service Desk. Laptops must remain inside Steely Library at all times while checked out. Laptops may be checked out for 2 hours. You may also renew your laptop checkout 1 time. A fine of $6.00 per hour is charged for overdue laptops.
Multimedia Software - eContent Area
Located on the third floor, Steely Library houses a number of computers where students, faculty and staff can create multimedia content.

- Captivate - Animation authoring and editing application
- CD Architect - CD authoring application
- Dreamweaver CS3 - Web design and development authoring application
- Flash CS3 - Animation authoring and editing application
