Lit Links contains biographies and annotated links for more than 700 writers.
Atlantic Monthly Magazine Search
Use the search box to find reviews dating back to the 19th century.
PAL: Perspectives in American Literature
Search more than 450 author pages or scroll down to search by literary period.
Modern American Poetry
Provided by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, MAPS includes more than 30,000 pages of biographies, critical essays, syllabi, and images relating to 161 poets.
