Locate Journal Articles in Other Languages
A number of Steely Library's databases (for example: JSTOR) allow you to search for articles in another language in the Advanced Search feature.

To access Articles & Databases on the Steely Library webpage, go to http://library.nku.edu/nkuire/db2/database_search.php. (Note: If you are off-campus, you will be prompted to put in your NKU webmail username & password.)
Locate Specific Foreign Language Journal Titles
To determine if a particular foreign language journal is available in print form in our collection, go to NKUIRE, Other Searches, choose Journal Title from the dropdown box, and then search your newspaper by title.
To determine if a particular foreign language journal is indexed in one of our electronic databases, go to Electronic Journals and search by title.
Locate Newspapers from Other Countries
Newspapers in other languages
The Access World News database allows you to search world newspapers or do a search limiting to a specific country or countries. To access Access World News , go to Articles & Databases on the Steely Library webpage, choose "A", and then Access World News . (Note: If you are off-campus, you will prompted to put in your NKU webmail username & password.)
The NewsCentral website currently has links to 3500 newspapers from around the country. Simply choose a continent to get started.
Steely Library also subscribes to several print versions of foreign language newspapers. To see if we have the newspaper you’re seeking, go to NKUIRE, Other Searches, choose Journal Title from the dropdown box, and then search your newspaper by title.
