Scirus

Scirus refers to itself as "the most comprehensive scientific research tool on the web. With over 350 million scientific items indexed at last count, it allows researchers to search for not only journal content [from titles such as Accounts of Chemical Research, Forensic Science International, Accounts of Chemical Research, and Chemical Engineering Journal ] but also scientists' homepages, courseware, pre-print server material, patents and institutional repository and website information."

Scopus

Scopus is a large abstract and citation database which covers 15,000 peer-reviewed journals from more than 4,000 international publishers. Included are such titles as Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Reviews, Journal of Organic Chemistry, and Journal of the American Chemical Society . Scopus also covers 386 million quality web sources, including 22 million patents. Web sources are searched via Scirus, and include author homepages, university sites and resources such as the preprint servers CogPrints and ArXiv.org, and OAI compliant resources.

Provides access to electronic journals and full text of articles for journals managed through EBSCOhost Electronic Journals Service (EJS). Includes more than 1500 chemistry-related journals, including Supramolecular Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Molecular Pharmaceutics, and Science & Justice .

Academic Search Premier

Contains full text articles from nearly 4,500 journals, including more than 3,600 peer-reviewed titles. In addition to the full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for all 8,144 journals in the collection. Over 600 chemistry journals are included, such as, Tetrahedron Letters, Journal of Physical Chemistry (A&B), Journal of Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Analysis , and Food Chemistry .
