The Mary Northington African American Heritage Collection

This collection was donated by the Northern Kentucky African American Heritage Task Force. The Task Force's mission is the preservation and promotion of awareness of African American history in the region. This collection includes archival and public records kept to help achieve this goal. The collected church records, scrapbooks, and research by Kentucky Post reporter Jim Reis focus on the historical and genealogical records accumulated by the NKAAHTF.

The collection was assembled in large part by Task Force member Mary Northington, in whose honor it is named.

An online finding aid is not yet available for this collection.
