Frequently Asked Questions

I missed my class and I don't have the time to watch the assigned video or telecourse video at school. Can I take the video home?
No. The tape is on reserve in the study carrel so that all members of that particular class have the chance to watch the video. If it is not on reserve it may already be designated for use in another instructor's class. If the tape belongs to the professor, special provisions must be made between the student and the professor. The professor must inform the Media Collections front-desk manager of this provision.
Can I get a video dub of the telecourse or a video from either collection?
No. The videos are copyrighted material. The telecourses are under contract with NKU.
