Circulation Services for Gateway Patrons

General Information

Gateway students, faculty, and staff have full access to the circulating collections of Steely Library. You can explore the collections by searching Steely Library's online catalog, NKUIRE.

The main Circulation Desk is located on the third floor at the Plaza entrance to Steely Library. Materials can also be circulated from a location near the Welcome Center on the first floor. Videos, CD's, LP's, and related formats are handled in Media Collections, on the second floor, Room 215.

Please be prepared to identify yourself as a Gateway associate when utilizing Steely Library's services.

Renewals:

Regularly circulating items may be renewed for one additional loan period if the item has not been requested by another patron or for reserve status.

Fines and Delinquent Loans:

For details about fines, delinquent loans and other issues, please call the main Circulation Desk at 859-572-5457. The supervisor on duty can help you. Please address any correspondence to the Attention of the Circulation Department. Emails may be sent to circ@nku.edu.
