- National Library of Medicine
- Coverage: Access to various medical databases provided by the National Library of Medicine. PubMed is the free version of MEDLINE.
- National Trade Data Bank [CD-Rom]
- Coverage: Current. Updated monthly. Provides access to information on world trade and commerce from various U.S. government departments and agencies. It provides trade and commerce statistics, economic trends, market information, regulations, and other information relating to global economic competition. Export and import information, trade agreements, country reports, and market profiles are included, as well as economic information. Ask at the Reference Desk for the CD.
- Naxos Music Library
- Naxos Music Library includes the complete Naxos, Marco Polo, and Dacapo catalogues of over 85,000 tracks, including Classical music, Jazz, World, Folk, and Chinese music. While listening, users can read notes on the works being played as well as biographical information on composers or artists in Naxos's extensive database.
- NetLibrary E-Books
- A collection of electronic books. NKU faculty, staff, and students may register for a NetLibrary account. NetLibrary provides access to the Northern Kentucky University/Solinet eBook collections, as well as thousands of eBooks in NetLibrary's Publicly Accessible collection.

- Proquest, All Databases
- PsychArticles
- Contains full-text articles from journals published by the American Psychological Association, the APA Educational Publishing Foundation, the Canadian Psychological Association, and Hogrefe & Huber. The database includes all material from the print journals with the exception of advertisements and editorial board lists. In 2006, the historical backfiles of the journals were added to the database.
