The main Circulation Desk is located on the third floor at the Plaza entrance to Steely Library. Materials can also be circulated from a location near the Welcome Center on the first floor. Videos, CD's, LP's, and related formats are handled in Media Collections, on the second floor, Room 215.

Access Services is responsible for checking materials in and out, stack maintenance, tracking items, and reporting the use of circulating library materials. The department maintains the patron database, sends out overdue notices and fine and fee statements, and handles payments for delinquent accounts.

Class Reserves and filled ILL requests are also available at the main Circulation Desk.
