New Online Resources
The W. Frank Steely Library now has access to these online resources:
ProQuest Criminal Justice Periodicals Index - which "is a comprehensive database of U.S. and international criminal justice journals. The database includes abstracts and indexing for over 235 titles, with more than 80 available in full-text."
The Chronicle of Higher Education - which "is the number one news and job-information source for college and university faculty members and administrators." NOTE: You can access it by clicking on the hyperlink above or by using NKUIRE.
Aluka - which "includes a wide variety of high-quality scholarly materials contributed by Aluka’s partners, ranging from archival documents, periodicals, books, reports, manuscripts, and reference works, to three-dimensional models, maps, oral histories, plant specimens, photographs, and slides. One of Aluka’s primary objectives is to provide African scholars and students with access to scholarly materials originally from Africa, but now out of their reach.”
